It was my pleasure to be able to answer your computer related questions and it was gratifying to me to know that, in return, much needed funds were pouring into the charities listed below.

Make it easier by giving me information about your Hardware & Software

Many of you have purchased a new laptop or desktop computer and are using the new WINDOWS VISTA system. Please remember to tell me which Operating System and which VERSION you are using when asking your question i.e. Vista Home, Vista Premium, Vista Ultimate etc. or Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional. If you are still using Windows 98, Windows ME or Windows 2000 please advise. This makes it easier for me to answer your question as the answer may differ with each system. 

If your question is Email or Internet related please indicate which email program you are using i.e. Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook or Web Mail.

If your question is related to a Printer or Printing please provide me with the make and model of your printer.
