How would I send an Excel list by email that is saved on my desktop?



To send an Excel list, a picture or any other file by email, you will need to ‘attach’ it to your email. Just write your email and then click on ‘attach.’  This action prompts you to ‘browse’ for your attachment which, in this case, is on your desktop. When you locate the file, click on it and it will attach itself to your email. Then send your email in the usual way.
