How do I clear the Printer Queue in Windows 8?



1. Right-click the bottom-left corner of the screen and select “Run.”

2. In the text field, type “Control Printers” and click “OK.”

3. Under “Printers,” right-click your default printer and select “See What’s Printing.”

This shows a list of print jobs that are in the queue.

4. Click “File” and select “Cancel All Documents.”

If you continue to see print jobs in the queue, restart your computer.

How do I add an Outlook icon on my Windows 8 Desktop?



1. Open Outlook

2. In the blank area to the right of the “view all” box, right click.

3. In the drop down box select “create a shortcut” and click it. you will get a message saying this will create a short cut icon on your desktop.

How do I add a desktop icon for Mozilla in Windows 8?



1. Click on the “Start Button” on the bottom left corner of your screen.
2. Type into the “Search Box” Mozilla.

3. Click the search icon and it will display the Mozilla icon in the search results.

4. Right click on Mozilla Firefox.
5. Click “Send To” and then click “Desktop (create shortcut)”

An icon you can use to launch Mozilla Firefox is now located on your desktop.
