The fourth meeting of the Vizcaya Computer Club was held on Thursday, January 15, 2004. Jerry Naditch, the interim president, called the meeting to order. He announced that the Vizcaya Computer Club has been accepted as a chapter of the Boca Raton Computer Society, and, once again, he encouraged the attendees to join the BRCS. Jerry then introduced the speaker for the evening, Pamela Tabak, who gave a presentation on eBay. Her very professional 45-minute presentation was followed by an eBay question and answer session.  Several attendees had tried using eBay, but were not necessarily familiar with the protocol of that service. Pamela explained the importance of checking out feedback on the seller before making a bid. She also emphasized that sellers should strive for a professional looking listing, using digital photographs and a complete description of the item being sold.
